Greetings to all … the countdown is on for the 32nd Cowtown Cookoff on
Saturday, June 14, and we need your help! Volunteers will get an event t-shirt
but here’s the catch: you must respond back to me by next Saturday (May 31st)
with your time commitment AND t-shirt size. Please note the following volunteer
opportunities and see the attached "Cookoff Info" flyer for more detailed
information:

9:30 am - 5:30 pm: DFWCFA Booth - distribute toys/agency info.
9:30 am - 3:30 pm: Raffle tables - oversee tables/sell tickets.
11:00 am - 5:00 pm: Tasting Cups - work booth/sell cups.
11:30 am - 5:30 pm: Judging Area – wait tables, etc.
11:45 am - 5:00 pm: WE NEED LOTS OF JUDGES – you can only judge one round,
must be over 18 and each round lasts about 45 minutes.

Raffle Items (see attached DONATION FORM)

Donated items are needed for the Judging area:

20 rolls Viva paper towels (sorry Bounty, Viva works better!)
1 case Styrofoam flip-top boxes to hold condiments and spoons
3 boxes quart-size Ziploc baggies
60 small plastic Paint Buckets (for discarded spoons)
25 cases Bottled Water
3000 Plastic Spoons
20 # Cheese (cubed)
12 Celery Stalks (cleansed and cut into bite-size pieces)
10 # Baby Carrots
10 # Green Grapes
