The current price for the Audiostrobe software is 499 Euros. (That's
somewhere around $600 USD).

Unless you're planning on mass producing Audiostrobe CD's (you get a
license to do that from Audiostrobe included in the price) or have
lots of money to throw into on a hobby, you'll probably want to
squeeze the last bit of juice from programs like Mind Explorer or
Brainwave Generator.
