if you connect with someone who sells it they can do conference calls
and connect you with parents who have tried it. i've heard nothing
but good things, but haven't tried it yet with my kids. they like a
parent go on it with the child and it's costly.

Total failure? I know every kid is different, but I would like some
feedback from "trusted" sources that I have dealt with for a longer
amount of time (and that isn't selling the product themselves).
