Anyone from Region 1? We are in Region 2 and are merging into
Healthnet. So far I am not tickled at all. NONE of my sons
prescritions are going through and they are now requiring more than
our SSN for policy # info. I haven't even been made aware of what
those new numbers are! I'm just furious about it.
I have also heard the PFPWD will be renamed ECHO (whatever that
stands for) and am not sure who to call from now on out since our
PFPWD offices' jobs have been terminated.
Sorry if I seem so grumpy but it has been a tough few days having to
deal with all the changes on top of caring for my special needs
