Hi Everyone!
I just joined this group today. I had posted questions on some other
yahoo groups & was told about this one from a mother.
We have a 4.5 yo set of twin boys, one of which is autistic.
We have been doing the DAN! protocol with suppliments, enzymes, B-12
shots, GF/CF/SF diet. We will be starting TD-DMPS soon for his
mercury, lead, arsenic, aluminum & antimony toxicity. We just returned
from Miracle Mountain for 40 sessions of HBOT. He is still non verbal.
My husband was in the ARMY from 95-99. He is supposed to be going back
to MEPS within the month to re-enlist. He loved the military & hasn't
felt OK with anything since coming home. We were only stationed at Fort
Hood, TX & didn't have our twins yet so we have no idea what to expect.
We really would love ANYTHING that anyone could share with us about
life in the military (ARMY) with an autistic child. Anything that is
helped with, Dr's, med's, therapies, schools, etc. etc.
Thanks for any info you can give!! Looking forward to learning &
sharing with everyone here.
Michele T (NC-for the time being, ha ha)
