The National Center for Farmworker Health cordially invites all professionals throughout the field of migrant health to our annual conference in the Big Easy,

New Orleans, Louisiana.

RATES AND RESERVATIONS

Room rates for Single/Double occupancy are $131 plus tax.  Call the hotel directly at 888-627-7033 and identify yourself as a group member of “National Center for Farmworker Health” when placing your reservation.  Rooms are limited so remember to register before the October 24th deadline.

 

REGISTRATION RATES

Early Bird Registration Fee                   $275

Standard Fee (after Oct. 24th)               $325

Daily Registration                                  $200

 

Group Discount - Every 3rd registrant qualifies for a FREE registration with 2 paid registrations.  ALL registrations must be from the same organization and ALL registrations must be submitted at one time to qualify.  Download a copy of the Registration Form here.

The conference begins Wednesday, November 19th with a Lay Health Promoter Training from 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM followed by two full days of intensives and breakout sessions on Thursday, November 20th and Friday, November 21st.  The conference ends on Saturday with a breakfast intensive consisting of two sessions, Child Abuse and Endangerment 8:00 AM – 10:00AM and Curanderismo and Yerbas: Mexican Folk Healing/Medicine and Folk Beliefs 10:30 AM – 12:30 PM.  View the Registration Brochure here.
