The Hesperian Foundation books Where there is No Doctor and Where Women Have No Doctor have good information. They also have women's health newsletters on their website (www.hesperian.org), one of which is about HIV/AIDS. Their books are even available online. Another good curriculum resource I have used is "Nosotras Viviremos" by the National Coalition of Advocates for Students, though I'm not sure where you can get it (try an internet search, maybe).
