Child and Family Health Program Development Specialist
East Coast Migrant Head Start Project is a federally funded program serving migrant farm worker children (6 wks. – 5 yrs) in 11 states. Seeking a Child and Family Health Program Development Specialist. Position located in Raleigh, NC, with extensive travel (2-3 times per month for 2-4 days at a time). Provide on-going child and family health and mental health related training and technical assistance in Migrant Head Start centers along the east coast of the U.S. Position will partner with a Child Nutrition Manager and Child and Family Health Manager to plan and implement holistic family services. MS with Maternal and Child Health focus, Nursing, Public Health, Psychology or related field with focus on wellness and health of young children and their families. Minimum 3 years T/TA experience. Successful candidate will have effective written and verbal skills, as well as basic computer skills. Starting salary $47,000+, commensurate with education and relevant experience.
