2006 National Farmworker Health Conference - San Antonio,
Texas May 20-24, 2006
Friends,
You are invited to submit abstracts for the 2006 National Farmworker Health
Conference to be held May 20-24, 2006 in San Antonio Texas. Please note the
submission deadline of December 6, 2005.
As the only national conference with a focus on the Migrant Health Programs and
the farmworkers they serve, it is an opportunity for national advocates,
clinicians, service providers, researchers, and public officials to share and
learn from those that provide health services for the farmworkers that harvest
our nation's food.
You will also hear from Federal and State officials, national migrant advocates
and migrant health experts on current initiatives and strategies for meeting the
health needs of farmworkers and their families.
The attached call for abstracts should be submitted electronically to NACHC.
If you want to discuss a topic for presentation, please feel free to contact
John Ruiz at the contact information provided below.
Thank you and we look forward to your submission.
