We are a small group dedicated to helping the Spanish/migrants in the
Western KY area. We are applying for a grant that will allow us to
keep caseloads on computer file. Can anyone tell us which computer
data entry program to use for our cases that will be compatible with
other states and/or NCFH data for migrant health. We would also like
a copy of the "paper" form used to record data.
