I had an appt with my psychiatrist yesterday at 3:30. I have not been feeling
well for two days because of the weather. Monday, we had an ice storm and
today, Wednesday, we are getting snow. Well, after the appt. we decided to go
out and finally purchase our Christmas present to ourselves......a new
television set. We picked one out from a store called "Rex" and got it into the
car and drove home. After we brought it in, we took Lady out for her walk as
she had been waiting all day. Well, Rich waited until we were 1/4 part into the
walk to let me know that Lady was the lucky one because she was allowed to empty
her bladder. He had to also. So, I did something stupid. I pushed my self to
walk fast the rest of the walk and got home in half the time then usual. BIG
MISTAKE. Once we got home, I immediately got a cup of Tension Tamer and drank
it. The other stupid thing was to stay up later then I should have in order to
get the old television set removed and replace it with the new one. Well, I
woke up at around 1something with my head whirling. Now I can't sleep. Got
another cup of Tension Tamer and thought maybe, just maybe, it would help. I
