Hi Ashely,
I have seizures and migraines in my sleep as well. I have really weird and
strange dreams when I am seizing in my sleep. Sometimes I will be dreaming and
then the dream will slow down, like a time warp or something is happening in it,
and then I wake up, and I know I am awake, but I am having the dream while I am
awake and it's really confusing and scares the hell out of me. My doctor called
this a hypnogogic halluciantion. I also have sleep apnea in addition to my
epilepsy and migraines, and I have had 2 strokes, one of which happened in my
sleep.

When I have small seizures like this during the night, I will have them over and
over but with little or no movement. I just make a sound. I also have strange
dreams. Once I finally woke up after he shock me real good, I was in a daze. I
sad what happened. he said I was snoring. Then after around 2 minutes I said
it was a seizure I was having and popped him a good one across the head. I just
did that cause I was so out of it. Then a strong headache started and I became
nauseated and started to cry. My right side was very weak. At first I was
unable to go back to sleep. Finally i did. Then another group of seizures
started. The same things happened with the dreams. This time I had no one with
me. I just woke up about 20 minutes a go.
I'm just glad that I have y'all to come to tell this to and y'all understand.
thanks & take care
Ashley
