Hello again -
things have not been the best for me. Since last Monday I've been having around
7 to 8 seizures (maybe more). I know that 2 of them have been generalized tonic
clonic. In fact I had one early this morning while I was sleeping. When I have
them in my sleep I dream about having seizures and being in the hospital. When
I woke up from it I was very confused, could not feel my right side, and could
not talk. I became very scared. I was staying at my parents house for the
night, so i rolled myself out of the bed. I crawled to my parents room to get
some help. Around 30 minutes later I was able to move my right side and talk.
It has just been such a long day. I am so tired from all this.- no just today
but from the past days that this has been happening.
I talked with my doctors nurse this morning and told her of the problems that I
have been having. She talked with my doctor and called back. He does not want
to change anything with my medication. He feels that it may be my body
adjusting to the zonegran. So I do not know. Right now I am just so freaking
tired and my body is drained.

my doctor put me on zonegran July 22. He has me on the 50 mg. pills and is
increasing it every week until it gets to 200 mg. in the morning and 200 mg. at
night.
This week I am taken 100 mg. in the morning & 100 mg. at night. I am now very
tired and can not sleep well at night. At times I will wake up around 12:00 am
or so and never go back to sleep. During the day I stay tired but I still have
problems if I try to sleep.
I did contact my doctors nurse yesterday and they are prescribing a sleeping
pill for me (not sure of the name).
Has anyone who is on zonegran or has taken it had this problem?
Now I have also been told that Lamictal can cause problems with sleeping, I take
700 mg. of that.
I also take -
Keppra 3000 mg. & klonopin 1mg.
