You do have help here and also people who understand.
Have you talked with your doctor about your migraines? My doctor has me taking
Esgic for migraines and he also told me to try using BC powder. With the BC
powder I was not to sure about using because it is a powder that can be had to
handle at first. I do find that it does help. I also am use to taking it so it
is not as aggravating to use like it was when I first started.
How often are you having migraines? Do they happen in curtain areas of your
head? Mine are more common on the left side. I find that besides using
medication, ice packs helps. There are also products you can buy. This is 2
that I have - WellPatch Migraines that I find at wal-mart. My sister goes to
Bath and Body Works in the mall and found Aromatherapy Remedies for headache
relief. It is a headache relief mask that really helps. They both help and
also help me to rest/sleep. You can also go to health stores and see if they
have anything-but before trying to use them make sure with your doctor. I go to
GNC and found one that helps and my doctor oked it. Just right now I do not
have the name.
If you ever want to talk we are always here. Also you can reach me at my email

I am new, and waiting for some members to come up with helps and
solutions for the migraines. The forum, I thought was inactive, as I
see very little posting. Just wondering if I am hoping for help in the
wrong place.
