The Work Initiative Amendment will be voted upon and
the House of Representatives this Wednesday,
(02/16/2005). It is absolutely urgent that every one
call or fax their "no vote" to the WIA consolidated
grant program! It must be a telephone call or a fax,
no e-mail!

The extreme urgency of this is because, if the
Republicans pass this bill into law, and they are
trying to do it by sliding this "WIA work consolidated
grant program" in as an amendment, then all of
vocational rehabilitation services, departments of
rehabilitation services, services for the blind and
departments of blind services, as well as all other
help agencies throughout the entire country will
immediately be stopped!! This is why, we and all of
our associates, friends and family must call or fax
our most emphatic "no vote" before the Wednesday
deadline!!

I cannot express this emphatically enough! PLEASE!!

Strength is in numbers, and together, I believe we
have enough numbers to show our strength to keep this
bill from being passed.
