i take 200 mg it has helped me both on headaches and seizures that why they put me on it I was talking about for adults but they do have for have it for...

Hi Susan, I'm Donna and take 400mg of Topapax daily for seizures, I still get bad headaches or migraines before a seizuree so I know one will be coming ...

I take 400mg per day it helps my headaches and seizures but check with your doctor I have had good luck with it and helped me a lot so the a lot give it a try...

My 12 year old daughter takes the topomax. She is approaching 400mg/day. I was wondering what the doses ranges were. The neuro. said take it up until it helps...
