I use manganese and niacin for seizures and also watch my omega-3
levels....If it has been awhile since I had seafood then it is time
to head for Red Lobster and eat up. I have a friend that is a
nutritionist and she helps me balance my diet and that helps with my
migraines and seizures also beaf up the b-12 for extra energy!!!!
