I've read that when they diagnose complex partial seizures they have
to make sure that the symptoms are not from a migraine. I know that
sometimes, especially if I am just getting the non-headache parts of
the migraine, I have a hard time telling if I'm going to have/just
had a seizure or have the beginning stages of a migraine. If that
pain hits then I assume it is a migraine.
