Hello everyone. I am a new member in the health care profession.
I've been a PCA (nursing assistant) for one year and I'm in nursing
school now, and I also have a Bachelor degree in Exercise
Physiology. I've got 5 quarters to go! I'm very excited I chose
this profession because I love to help people. However, it's so easy
for me to get burnt out. That's why I started a second job working on
my computer. I love it. I'm now able to pay for my tuition out of
pocket, so I don't have to carry the burden of paying off loans when
I'm finished. Check out http://www.retireforgood.com/?refid=Mw1 to
see what I do.
Anyway, I'm very interested in health and wellness. My goal is to
continue learning about health and related topics. I would love to
continue and get my masters to be a midwife! My friend is one and
she loves it. I'm also taking a pediatric course this quarter. I
love working with children. It's challenging but fun!
