Hey everyone! We will be offering a "Breastfeeding and Working" class
on December 12th at 7pm at TMC. The cost will be $15. Nursing babies
are welcome! Content will include:

Mechanisms of supply and demand
Establishing a pumping routine
What pump is right for you
How to keep up your milk supply
Breastmilk storage
What to do if baby refuses a bottle
Tips to increase milk supply
Q & A

This class will be offered every 3-4 months depending on need. Call
