Dr. Bronner's liquid castille soap works. In the army I'ld use that for
everything, brushing my teeth, washing, shaving soap, laundry (mixed with water
in a garbage bag held in shape by a MRE box, a field expediant wringer washer
where you do all the wringing and washing, makes a huge difference after 2 weeks
in the field).
