I just copied the instructions off of Google.
Take two glass jars or bowls and two stainless forks. Fill both jars with
distilled water and add 1/16 tsp sea salt to each and put in forks. Connect the
two jars with 1/2 a paper towel, folded lengthwise in thirds. Connect a 12v DC,
or higher, wall transformer to the forks. (I cut off the plug on the end of the
wires, separated and stripped the two wires about 1/2 inch, and fastened
alligator clips to wires.)
I usually let mine run for 24 hours, or longer. The darker water is acid. The
clear water is what I drink. I use the acid water over and over and just replace
the water in the other jar when I make more. The acid water is suppose to be
good for external application on infections, or rinsing hair, or watering
plants. Google, "benefits of ionized water", or go to
http://www.ionizers.org/healthbenefits.html.
Don't use tap or filtered water, just distilled. Use unprocessed sea salt,
because it has many natural minerals in it that table salt lacks. I drink about
8 to 12 ounces a day, but more would probably be more beneficial. I keep mine in
the refrig and try to use it up in two days. I think it loses some of its oxygen
with time.
I also got a Ph meter on ebay to check the alkalinity of my ionized water. It
usually reads in the high 10's. You can also use it to check your urine or spit
(first thing in the morning) to see if your Ph is getting higher.
Distilled water can be found at Walmart for around a buck a gallon. I got a
distiller on ebay, so mine costs less than 30 cents a gallon, if I correctly
figured the time it takes times the cost of electricity. You can also find
instructions for making a sun distiller on the internet, so it would be free.
To your good health,
Dick
