Parts List for auto unit   Message List
Reply | Forward Message #936 of 1203 |
Here's a list compiled from the photos section of parts for the auto-
switching unit. These parts will need to be picked from stock such
as Radio Shack, etc. If you call your supplier they will need to
look up the parts from their own catalogues to find part numbers. It
is not practical to get the part numbers from various suppliers for
these things. Only a couple of people a year will ever bother to
build one. The godzilla device was designed to allow people to
proceed without all this work.

RESISTORS (any wattage, such as 1/4 watts, is ok)

1-470k
3-100k
1-47k
1-15k
1-100k linear potentiometer
2-1meg

CHIPS
1-TL082 Dual Bifet Op Amp (or equivalent)

CAPACITORS

2-.1microfarad ceramic capacitors

MISC

1-plug-in circuit board such as Radio Shack Experimentor 350
4-9volt batteries
several feet of flexible multi-stranded wire
one foot of single stranded insulated wire (thin, to fit holes in
plug-in board)
roll of black electrical tape
Project box about 4" x 6" x 2" to hold everything.
