When you do - because your equivalent capacitance was never
considered in those designs - the higher the frequency, the
less results you get since it charges to the average voltage.
People not skilled in the art refuse to grasp this; not
sure why. Guess it's an assumption the folks before had
their act together when they released the designs to public.
