Hi baby_grand,
I dont think the zinc is a problem. people take zinc tablets all the time. Also
the zinc becomes the negative terminal and the copper becomes the positive. the
positve terminal is the one tha goes into the system so you wolud be picknig up
the copper but not the zinc except the little through contact. I have been using
them for over a year and see no problem. You want the pure zinc however so you
dont get any lead.
