Hi Bob,
This (below) is a great example of something you could both:
A) put onto a periodic newsletter
B) case stories on teh forum (in a more/better organized forum with more subjects)
C) In a "mighty godzilla book"
There are plenty of ways to make the forum better and more visited - and lots of people like the guy below who has godo results with various ways of treating symptoms. Problem is - today the forum is not organized well enough - it is one huge goodiebag with everything piled into it instead of many smaller goodiebags with more defined subjects. My 2 cents :-)

>Results: Last Sunday evening 4-10_05 I began to have early symptoms of a cold. Nose dripping, sore throat. By the next morning it was well established and I was feeling quite sick. I re-assembled the electrodes on my trusty Beck 4hz device and applied them to my wrists around 1 pm Monday and turned up the current to where I could feel it and then backed off a bit. I used it for 30 minutes and then left an interval of 2-3 hours and then repeated it. I also dissolved 4gms of powdered ascorbic acid(Trader Joe's) in a tall glass of water and drank it slowly over about 30 minutes. I did this several times. By evening I was feeling weak and truly terrible and ready for the undertaker. I also built an LED device using a 1 1/4" circular array from DIGIKEY which I used on my nose, throat and navel (see nearinfrared list for rationale). This is a great confusion of variables but I wasn't doing research but trying to recover from a cold in time for a trip. I took benadryl right before I
> went to sleep so I would breathe better. I slept 12 hours and the next morning felt very nearly normal, but continued with the same regimen gradually reducing the length and frequency of each. I didn't take any more Benadryl. By Tuesday night I felt fine and was ready to leave on my trip. For the next few days I continued with the Beck device but just twice/day and added 30 minutes with an 84diode LED from V. (a superior product). Today is Saturday and instead of the cold being at the half way point it's a distant memory.
