I see what you mean about better organized "threads" from that example
forum their messages are together in groups rather than randomly
listed all in one big thread.

The problem with buying is that it's not legal and I don't want
anything to do with that...at all. It will have to be made by the
readers.

If making a piece of wire and battery is too much, consider that it
means risking jail to make and sell these. And once jail occurs, the
devices disappear with the maker. That's why I've been very happy to
get the simple Apprentice Godzilla design! Many more have used that
than any other one. I may simply remove all the rest of the devices
and stick with that one just to be sure nobody is confused by the rest
of them. I don't want to confuse anyone, now that it is so simple to
do, there's no reason to keep the old designs around anymore.
One of the main things I see is people join, and don't read the
opening pages, don't look at photos, they even write me personally
asking how to do things, when it is there to be read already. Not
sure what to do about that one!
