RE: [microelectricitygermkiller2] Re: Nevermind...

Basically, what may be helpful is:

1) coomunication to keep the forum in peoples mind with summaries of the most important/intersting
suggestions
2) Better organized forum so people can find what they are looking for. (when I was a newbie it was
very difficult to get started and get all the info I was looking for. Information was everywhere
in small bits and piececes - but not very accessible for a newbie). A lot of excellent information
that may only be popular for a few weeks - but still be very helpful - gets lost due to the lack of
organization of the data/info).

A better organized forum could actually eliminate the need to the "advanced forum" by putting the
subjects in teh first forum - but in an organized way. I don't know if yahoo-forum supports multiple
threads but there are plenty of other free places that does that.
   Here is an example:   http://www.electroforum.tk/

(basically, by making lots of subjects then the subjects will also "keep reminding" people
of elsewhere in teh forum to read and post as the users subject of interest changes over time
as it always does).

This could include subjects/threads with these subjects/themes (see also http://www.electroforum.tk/) - (if yahoo does not suppoert multiple threads/subjects then it would be an idea to consider moving the forum):

1. Ask people what they would like to have changed/improved in the forum

2. Is making their own godzillas keeping many people away from using it (and using the forum)? If so, then make it more visible to people who makes them. Maybe some of them who starts buying a godzilla - later down the road will make their own or suggest improvements.

As it is today then there are too many godzillas in the picture gallery and yet it is not easy - for a newbie - to figure out how to make one. And searching on the internet will give various unit that may not work at all...So, people would feel more safe if you select some companies where it is easy to purchase one.

3. At least the old forum is not organized enough - it is an "all topics" way organized.

It must be organized it more after subject - so the discussions there would be more focused
(this may not really help the advanced forum but at least it would help the old forum).

It could be made into these topics:

A) Building or buying a godzilla

B) Diseases/conditions that godzilla may be helpful for:

B1) Short term diseases/conditions (lasted less then a week)  (make sub-subject lists/threads with some "popular" conditions like "toothache", "sore throat" etc )
B2) Long term/chronic diseases (lasted longer than a week) (make sub-sbjects list/threads with some "popular/common" conditions like "cancer", "HIV", "

C) Electrode making - materials, ways etc

D) Electrode lubricants - where to buy/how to make it yourself

E) General tips about godzilla

F) How to Make your own basic godzilla

G) How to make your own advanced godzilla

H) Places to buy godzillas, electrodes, lubricants etc

I) Basic/newbie questions for using godzillas

J) Success stories from users

K) Diseases/condtions where godzilla didnt work

L) "The mighty godzilla book" updated every month with the best from the forum.
