My son only has microcephaly and he is almost 4. He doesnt talk only just mom
and he is behind in everything he didnt walk until he was 2. What I dont
understand drs say that when a child is mentally retarted it cant be fixed but
why is there a surgery thats what I dont understand. Trey (my son) is normal
looking and he is smart in his own way and he listens really well. If you have
