I'm Billy's mom. He is a very hyperactive 5yr old boy. He was
diagnosed as microcephalic at about 6months old. He was born with a
bifid thumb (now corrected). There has been no reason determined
with all the medical torture the doctors have subjected him to for
his condition. But, I can say that every milestone has been overcome
except for talking. He's trying. He definitely gets his message
across. The neurologist said he would be a "vegetable". Boy, was he
wrong. I have bad days with the good, but I will always believe I
was "blessed" to have him. I wouldn't trade him for nothing. He is
my life.
