Hi all
I posted yesterday, but I guess my posting got lost in the yahoo groups
void. I am an artist (wall murals, portraits, and teach painting) and I
live in Central Florida, 22 miles from Disney World. Just started the
MB diet plan a little over a week ago. I signed up because I need to
lower my cholesterol and lose about 20 - 25 pounds. I'm doing fine on
the food plan, but sometimes I feel like it's too much food, so I've
made an effort to find veggies that weigh more than lettuce (as salads
take so long to eat).
I hope some others join in on this thread. It would be nice to share
experiences with you. I am in need of recipes. I've been eating
everything just like it calls for in the plan. I love to cook and will
probably try to make up a batch of chili, without meat or veggie soup
that I can eat and I will share it if anyone is interested.
