That's great progress. I have been on the diet a whole month now and I've lost 10 lbs. I have another 5 - 10 lbs. to go. All of my clothes are starting to be way too big. I love it.
Best of all, I like eating this way. I'm now on phase 3, so I can have a cheat meal once a week. I'm sticking mostly to the MB Plan, though, as I did get really full when I ate at a restaurant, and then I had some acid reflux. Haven't had that since I started eating correctly.
One of the dinners on my plan is 85 g. of Tofu. I used to eat tofu blended with melted chocolate to make a great chocolate mousse! However, since being on the MB Plan, I haven't been able to make that. I checked out my tofu cookbooks and found a recipe for Gazpacho that I could adapt to my Plan. I tried it tonight, and it was pretty good. I'll put the recipe in the Files section. It does contain tomatoes though ........
Also, if anyone has a heavy duty blender (I have a Vitamix), if you have mango, cantelope, or papaya on your Plan, freeze the cut up chunks (or buy them frozen). Measure, and put the frozen chunks into the blender. Add a little water. Blend. You will have a great tasting sherbert for dessert. (You can also use the fruit fresh, and add ice cubes.)
I hope someone else can put some recipes in the Files section. We all need a little variety.
