Hi Ruth:
I am only at day 16 of phase 2, which limits my choices of food and I cannot have oil. However, I have only had 1 occasion where I felt hungry, and it was because I forgot either my Rye Krisp or my fruit after the previous meal. What I did was drink a lot of water to fill up my stomach and then do something to take my mind off food. Then I fixed my next meal a little early and made sure it was something with a lot of protein grams, like fish. I have some things on my meal plan, like Portobello mushrooms, that have low grams (example fish 130 gms but Portobellos 50 gms). That seems to keep me satisfied. I am looking forward to Phase 3, when I can add some oil back in to my diet and, hopefully, some more choices in food. That should happen next week, I think.
