Hi everyone,
I have been an EFT practitioner for 8 years , since just after it
arrived in this country, and I am now very skilled. However I
currently have a personal issue that is proving difficult to shift. It
is feeling tough trying to deal with it unsupported. I am there to
help others through their issues but am left on my own to deal with
mine ....Lol! I know I can hear the chorus of 'Well have you tapped on
that' even as I type. :-)
But I do believe it would be useful to have some outside help with
this and am wondering if anyone, in a similar position, would be
willing to exchange phone appointments for a little while.

I see Masha has already responded but I for one applaud you. I have
no idea why people
insist on doing EFT all by themselves for their own issues. Its like
trying to take my own teeth out.
We all have very inventive ways of protecting ourselves. I have made
huge strides forward
since I found another Level 3 tapping buddy. We take each other
places we would never think
of going alone. I also regularly schedule paid for sessions when I am
blocked. My way of thinking
is if I am not willing to do that why should my clients be!
I often have had to tap on the Why am I supporting everyone else and
I have to do it on my own etc' who's there for me
and then I remember the reason I am supporting everyone else is they
asked me for help:)

Thank you so much everyone who responded to my request for EFT
support. I agree with you Gill, it's good to be as ready to be
'therapped' as it is to be the therapist for others.
I am going to take up a couple of those offers - one Emotrance and one
EFT - though I am really spoilt for choice and I do appreciate
everyone's response. I will reply personally to everyone - too tedious
for the forum.
I'll post on here the results of this. Am looking forward to it immensely.

Could I make a suggestion about therapy swap, is there not a way that we could
link up on messenger either yahoo or MSN and get together once a fortnight or
some thing?
We could share issues or "stumbling blocks" that we discover plus ET as a group
too!

HI Linda
I would love to do some swap sessions with you.
I have developed a unique approach that is complimentary to EFT that is very
helpful in some client situations if you are interested.
I do a combination of approaches including EFT (which I trained in ten years
ago) and was using exclusively until I stumbled upon an approach with
multiple techniques that identify and resolve to the core and bring results
as well as empower clients.
Please be in touch if you would like to exchange as I know that partnering
with someone else is very valuable as well as I have some seminars coming up
next month that I would love to explore any components to that deter any
success.

Hi Linda,
I know you have received a couple of responses, so if you are all set with
trades, that's fine. But if you'd like another person to trade with, I'd be
happy to as well. I'm relatively new to EFT but usually get great reviews from
my clients. I'm in Colorado. I'm stuck on a few issues as well.
