I'll go with this version. I've had a bad right shoulder for 23 years,
but it has only started bothering me again lately. My dad's been gone a
long time, but my mom is in assisted living with deteriorating physical
health. At least her mind is still sharp at 93!

Fantastic! I've been looking for a chart like this a long time.
