Linda, If you haven't already done so, Please do yourself a huge favor and have
your hormone levels checked...........and add some B-12 to your daily routine.
Hormones can wreck havoc on even the simpliest task..............just a
suggestion.

Just had another thought too. In the past two days I have also been tussling
with 'overwhelm'. I have been seeing things I've never seen before.
1. I have been ill all this time and have never stopped living a normal life
with normal duties, in fact some extraordinary burdens. I have never before
taken time out except when I was totally incapacitated.
2. I am now taking 2 months out but at this stage it feels frightening
rather than wonderful
3. Even now I found myself saying I would just do a bit of this and that
unless I felt tired when I would rest. My husband pointed out I should take
the rest before I felt tired and should not think that if I wasn't feeling
tired I must be doing something useful.
4. I need to feel overwhelmed because that is what keeps me from something
worse.
5. The something worse is that deep pit of scariness and lostness that looms
when you haven't got anything you NEED to be doing.
I don't have chronic fatigue syndrome as such but there are many
corellations with all these chronic, ephemeral conditions and many
cross-overs of symptoms and sources.
Off now to do even more exploring. Well, no I'll do it tomorrow cos I have
to put myself to bed soon. :-))
Love Linda
