Which part of "NO"   Message List

Re: Which part of "NO"

I have had it work both ways for me. It really depends on what my "mind"
latches onto. So for awhile I also changed to the all positive, and well, got
about the same results.
SO I changed yet again...I use the words "I CHOOSE to be healthy" and I still
changed my point of view and say "I AM healthy". These two seem to work better
for me than the other ways of stating. I like the wording "I Choose" because I
am showing and telling myself that I am making a conscious decision on this
matter. And then when I see things improving then I turn it into "I Am".
I think it is all based on your beliefs and faith in what you are doing/saying.
Blessings,
~T~

Hi Blaine, The "only use positives" thing used to confuse me as well. It finally made sense to me when someone explained it this way: If someone says to you,...
