Peter,

I added the wrist points to my protocol years
ago and always use them, because there are
so many acupoints there. I also added a few
other things, one of which is massaging the
ears very thoroughly. I suggest to clients that
during the day when they need a boost, that
they can just massage their ears -- the ears
are like a holo-body, containing
all the body points.

Hi, I agree about bending down to do the ankle points.... I found a point that does what the ankle points do without bending down - the tops of the thighs....
