Hi, I agree about bending down to do the ankle points.... I found a
point that does what the ankle points do without bending down - the tops
of the thighs. Align the hands with the crotch (in a "v" shape) on the
tops of the thighs. You should feel energy flowing all the way down to
the toes. Steph

p.s. I didn't even know there were people like me out there who actually
used wrist points - I thought I was a dying breed... I was at that
conference when Michael taught about them. The *tops* of the wrists are
some of my favorite points!
