Peter,
I never use wrist or ankle points with my clients. I never use the under
nipple point either. I never even think of it. I just rephrase my set-ups or
try to find out why the SUDs isn't going down. I never seem to need it. But,
when I am tapping for myself, I use the wrist points, sometimes. I have
atrial fibrillation, which is where the heart starts skipping beats and
beating harder and faster. I can almost always get my heart to go back to a
normal rhythm by using EFT. I also go to an acupuncturist, and I know some
of the heart points are on my wrist. So, I sometimes just tap those points
by themselves to get my heart become normal.
I guess it is just simpler to tell the clients the basic points and not
bother them with when or when not to use the other ones, but just always tap
all of the main ones.
Carol
