RE: [MET] Wrist points and Ankle points

I neglected to say that, after getting permission from the client, I always
tap on them the first session so they become familiar with the points and
how it should feel, so that the ankle point isn't a problem to reach and
they get the benefit---at least---when I do the tapping. :-)

I tend to use wrist points when the emotional intensity is quite high,
perhaps overwhelming - as you are simultaneously stimulating a number of
meridians - it usually is quite powerful, but again, it is more of an
intuitive than conscious decision when I do it.

I don't usually use ankle points, partly because some clients (e.g. those
who are quite large) find it uncomfortable to reach them, and partly because
they shouldn't be stimulated with women who are pregnant or may be pregnant
(and sometimes the client may not know themselves if they are pregnant in
the early stages) - and as other points work so well anyway, I never feel
the need to use these.

Peter, I too intuitively use the ankle point above the ankle. Sometimes,
Ijust feel guided there. :-)Rosemary_____ From:

pointsHi allI wanted to ask you all a question about the ankle and wrist
points, asreferred to by Michael Gandy.I tend to use the wrist point quite a
lot with my clients, however I doit intuitively, without knowing consciously
why I am drawn to thatpoint.I've love to hear from those of you who use
either of those points. Ata conscious level, why do you use it? What
emotional states would yousay it is particularly good for?Love
