Hi all
I wanted to ask you all a question about the ankle and wrist points, as
referred to by Michael Gandy.
I tend to use the wrist point quite a lot with my clients, however I do
it intuitively, without knowing consciously why I am drawn to that
point.
I've love to hear from those of you who use either of those points. At
a conscious level, why do you use it? What emotional states would you
say it is particularly good for?
