Gary,
I have frequently worked with clients with procrastination (and myself
of course).
I get the clients to write down a list of things they want/should/must
do; everything that's on their mind.
Then looking at the list, I ask them what comes up. Generally, there
is some sort of overwhelm to start with so we start on that.
Then the next level might be something like, "I don't know how to get
started". So we tap on that.
And the next level, and the next level, until they have aversions to
the stuff on the list.
You can then take it up levels, in terms of getting excited about
doing things on the list.
