Hello David,
The client doesn't necessarily have to feel the pain in order to get past it
and get what it is she wants.
But how about you drag her out of your office take her to some place with a
lot of people and make her get up and say that she has something to say.
If this doesn't get her associated with the public speaking fear then she
doesn't have it.
This is an extreme way to go of course.

Are you using trance with eft? You should be.
