That would be your abdominal chakra. It is associated with the parts of our
consciousness concerned with food and sex. It is located in the lumbar plexus
and includes the reproductive system, the abdomen and the lumbar region of the
back. This chakra is associated with the sense of taste, and appetite. It is
also involved with the persona willingness to feed their emotions. Its colour is
orange and its element is water. I know that to use energy healing with the
chakras that the energy will come from the back and through to the front. It is
universe energy and not our own. I am interested to know if this only happens
with certain clients or with everyone.

Subject: [MET] Excess Heat in Lower Back

All,

I have been tapping for more than 6 years and have recently noticed some
percular effects. When I tap, either for myself or a client, and regardless
of the issue, I experience heat coming out of my lower back. This heat
builds up the more tapping I do and I haven't been able to ground it or even
tap on the effect.

I wondering if anyone else has had this experience or has ideas on how to
clear it. It is effecting how many clients I can work with in a day.
