If you've truly been trying for 3 months, then you're probably working
on the wrong thing(s)
As Gary says "Our unresolved negative emotions are major contributors
to most physical pains and diseases." So we need to get rid of the
negative emotions.
Although "This pain in my back" may work if you continue for years,
the key is elsewhere.
THE BIGGEST QUESTIONS:
Have you done the Personal Peace Procedure?
Have you worked with an EFT Practitioner?
If you must work on your own, you might miss something here and there
- so the best way to go at a stubborn problem is ask bizarre questions
like "What would I LOSE if I DIDN'T have this back pain? In what
ways, no matter how bizarre, does this back pain BENEFIT me?" Also
tap on "This person or event in my back" and so forth.
If there is one thing I can get ALL people using EFT to try is THE
PERSONAL PEACE PROCEDURE. "In essence, the Personal Peace Procedure
involves making a list of every bothersome SPECIFIC EVENT in one's
life and systematically EFT'ing their impacts out of existence. By
diligently doing this we can pull out every negative tree from our
emotional forests and thus eliminate major causes of our emotional and
physical ailments."
An average person will have over 200 events!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The events MUST be specific.
NOT "My Dad always yelled at me" BUT "The time in 4th grade when my
Dad yelled at me in front of the whole team when I was up to bat." And
then give it a title - like "This Dad yell at 4th Grade baseball"
Pay attention to what comes up - First embarrassment, then anger, then
sadness, etc - and tap on each one of those until the event doesn't
bother you anymore.
Be patient - it took you this long to gather all these events - give
yourself time to get rid of each one.
