I heard a fellow hypnotist say "EFT empties the cup so hypnosis can
fill it with positives" I thought that was a pretty great insight.

Although, Carol Look (EFT Master) holds a doctorate in hypnosis and
she says she believes EFT works faster than hypnosis.
