While I haven't been following all of the emails on this issue, I haven't
noticed anyone consider fear of germs themselves, regardless of the
consequences of coming in contact with them, and this could be more in the
ballpark of OCD symptoms. I think Gary has some nice examples of treating
OCD which is quite difficult, but doable. Good luck.
