Michael,

I have been doing EFT with both hands at the same time for many years with
many benefits. I use the right hand to tap the right side of the body and
the left hand to tap the points on the lft hand side of my body. I alternate
the sides e.g. left-hand left eyebrow point, right-hand right eye brow
point, left hand left eye brow point (5-7 times on each point) then continue
onto the next point.

Using both hand creates a pole-bridging effect getting the left and right
sides of the brain involved. I find tapping with both hands means I almost
never use the 9-gamut procedure. Just occasionally I'll work accross the
body for example with the under-arm points that are sometimes easier to
reach that way. This is also beneficial in creating cross-overs in the
energy system.
