Dear Cognac,
I have found great success tapping on physical symptoms of emotional
aspects. For example, when you feel afraid, how specifically and physically
do you feel that fear? Does your stomach churn? Palms sweat? Get tenseness
in your chest? Just HOW PHYSICALLY?
It may not be a reversal at all - just that you're trying to pin down an
illusive emotion when you should be pinning down a physical symptom of an
illusive emotion...
